I had a great time and enjoyed meeting like minded folks interested in learning and giving back. This was the most extensive coral restoration program I participated in so far and opened doors for possible future volunteers work. It was great seeing how one humble local can make such an amazing impact on future turtle population.. El Cano Island was great we lucked out with a Manta and Sharks mating. The last stop in Rainforest with host was enjoyable.

Staying at La Foresta Nature Resort was the perfect home base—surrounded by lush rainforest, fantastic amenities, and welcoming hospitality after long days in the field. The highlight of the trip was hands-on conservation work that truly makes an impact. Participating in sea turtle protection—actively helping rescue eggs from poachers to relocate them safely to protected hatcheries—was an extraordinarily rewarding experience. Getting involved in local coral restoration projects added a deep layer of purpose to our ocean work. To top it all off, the diving at Caño Island Biological Reserve was phenomenal—crystal-clear visibility, healthy reefs, and massive schools of pelagic life everywhere you turn. If you want a trip that combines exceptional diving with hands-on marine conservation, this adventure is absolute perfection. Huge thanks to the team for an inspiring journey!

First trip with Fins Attached, well planned and executed at a very reasonable price. The Quepos hotel was clean, comfortable and the on site restaurant had good quality fresh food. The activities consisted or Coral Preservation - the presentation and coral preparatoin was very good and the dives to attach live coral were interesting. The dives on Canos Isla were fantastic along with the Manta Costa Rica research presentation and the attachment of a tracker to a live Manta. The turtle egg burying and evening beach walk was very good. The trip to the mountains with Rudy Guxman was very informative and interesting. I am 6 feet and the bus seemed to be built for someone 5"8 but it was clean with a/c and the driver was safety conscious. Great Trip - I will do it again!!!

A great experience, learned a lot about coral survival and restoration. Great tour overall.

Loved the trip. Learned more about coral than I thought there was to know. Working with the turtles and eggs was also rewarding. The group was great. Made some new friends, and the diving was also good.
